Ideal fro deep cleansing of hot or cold kitchen surfaces removing even heavily carbonised soil. A blend of alkali, surfactants and solvents, emulfies fats, while the thick foam it creates clings on the vertical surfaces.

  • It is used in a ratio of 10 to 50 ml per liter of water or undiluted.

Fryer Cleaning: Drain the oil and remove solid residues. Dilute 50-100 ml of the product in water in the boiling area and heat the fryer to 40 degrees Celsius. Submerge the basket and utensils in the solution and let them soak for 20 minutes. Rinse with clean water.

Periodic Cleaning: Spray the surface with the undiluted product and rinse with fresh water. For stubborn stains, spray the surface and let it sit for 30 seconds before scrubbing. Rinse with fresh water.
